SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on orders over $500 in the continental USA (Not including Hawaii and Alaska)

In stock merchandise usually is processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). SilverForte.com will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. All orders are subject to credit approval.

SilverForte.com offers the following shipping methods:

Shipping charges are based on shipping method, weight, destination and the value of the merchandise. You may select your choice of shipping courier and method of shipment at the time of checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

All orders will be provided tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. You may also review your order status by logging in to your account.

SilverForte only accepts returns within 15 days with a copy of the original invoice if the said merchandise has manufacturing defect, if they are of unsatisfactory quality or if they were erroneously sent to a customer.

All returns are subject to our approval, and SilverForte is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear.

No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

To obtain a RA#, please contact us. Once you receive a RA#returns must be made within 15 days .. All return packages must have The RA# clearly marked on the Shipping label.

Authorized returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only. There will be absolutely no cash refunds.

Ship your return to SilverForte. We recommend the Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express. All shipping charges must be prepaid and the shipment must be insured for the full value of the merchandise being returned.
