Free shipping on orders over $500 in the continental USA (Not including Hawaii and Alaska).

Please notice that minimum International Order amount is $500.

In stock merchandise usually is processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). SilverForte.com will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. All orders are subject to credit approval.

Shipping charges are based on shipping method, weight, destination and the value of the merchandise. You may select your choice of shipping courier and method of shipment at the time of checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

SilverForte only accepts returns within 5 days with a copy of the original invoice if the said merchandise has manufacturing defect, if they are of unsatisfactory quality or if they were erroneously sent to a customer.

SilverForte only accepts merchandise that is 1) sent erroneously, 2) with manufacture defects or 3) of unsatisfactory quality. We do not accept damaged returns due to wear and tear. Accts 60 days past due are subject to 1.5% monthly finance charges. Accts 90 days past due are sent to collections and are responsible for all legal and collection fees incurred.

All returns are subject to our approval, and SilverForte is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear. No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. To obtain a RA#, please contact us. Once you receive a RA#returns must be made within 5 days .. All return packages must have The RA# clearly marked on the Shipping label. Authorized returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only. There will be absolutely no cash refunds.

All orders will be provided tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. You may also review your order status by logging in to your account.

Ship your return to SilverForte. We recommend the Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express. All shipping charges must be prepaid and the shipment must be insured for the full value of the merchandise being returned.
